BJP's Mahila Morcha protests against price rise in HP

Shimla, Feb 9 (UNI) Accusing the Congress Government in Himachal Pradesh of being responsible for the rising prices of essential commodities, the BJP's Mahila Morcha today staged a protest against the state government policies.

Criticising the Congress Government, the BJP activists said they would launch a campaign against the anti-people policies of state government.

''We will go to each and every house in the state and expose the anti-public policies of the state government, which was responsible for the rising prices of essential commodities,'' the Morcha leader, who refused to identifying herself, said.

Lashing out at the Congress Government, they accused the state government of failing to control the price rise and resolve the unemployment problem.

The educated and aware public of the state would hand a crushing defeat to the state Congress Government in the next assembly elections for failing to keep its various promises, she added.
