MP Govt to construct houses for tsunami victims
Bhopal, Feb 8: The Madhya Pradesh government is constructing 340 houses in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu for the tsunami victims.
The construction work, being undertaken by Sewa Bharti- Tamil Nadu, will be completed within a year, official sources said.
Sewa Bharti General Secretary Keshav Vinayak met Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here yesterday to inform about the progress of the construction costing Rs 8.60 crore. The Tamil Nadu government has alloted the land in September, 2006.
