Justice H L Datta appointed Chhattisgarh High Court Chief Justice

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Mr Justice Handyala Lakshminarayanswamy Datta, a judge of the Karnataka High Court, has been appointed Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court by President APJ Abdul Kalam.

His appointment will be effective from the date he assumes charge of his office, an official release said here today.
