HOV Services pacts telecom giant to offer management solution

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) BPO company HOV Services Ltd today said it has signed an agreement with one of the world's largest telecom organisations to implement its transaction management system.

As per the terms of the deal, the telecom giant will use the company's Oasis system to manage and audit accounts receivables assigned to collection agencies and attorneys servicing bad debt throughout the United States.

The solution will be implemented via an ASP model, which will earn license fees from the telecom company and its out side collection agencies.

Oasis provides end-to-end transaction management and includes modules to distribute accounts to internal departments or to vendors. It also includes tools to work, manage, audit and dynamically analyse inventory.

Oasis has established a good track record in health care by supporting patient business services and bad debt recovery operations,'' HOV Services Executive Director Sunil Rajadhyaksha said.
