Hindu Group chairman Rangarajan passes away

Chennai, Feb 8: Mr S Rangarajan, Chairman of The Hindu Group ofPublications, died here this afternoon, following a brief illness.

He was 78. He is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.

Mr Rangarajan, who had been suffering from illness for some time, collapsed at his residence. The end came at 1215 hrs.
