Dynamatic Tech, Northrop Grumman sign MoU
Bangalore, Feb 8 (UNI) The city-based Dynamatic Technologies Limited and Northrop Grumman today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a collaborative relationship for exploring joint business opportunities related to India's defence requirements.
Dynamatic Technologies Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Udayant Malhotra told UNI here that he was looking forward to working closely to identify and pursue opportunities to serve India's defence needs.
''We look forward to working closely to help meet the advanced technology aerospace and defence product and service needs identified by the Indian Defence Ministry, going forward,'' Mr Brian J Morra, sector Vice-President of business development and strategic planning for Northrop Grumman's electronic systems sector, said.
Dynamatic Technologies also announced its partnership through its division Dynamatic Aerospace with Cobham for conferring of rights to manufacture the CBLS 2000 Practice Bomb Carrier for Indian and export markets with Cobham PLC and its Air Refuelling and Auxiliary Mission Equipment division. It was an important development for the private aerospace manufacturing industry and a rare opportunity for a private sector company in India to showcase aerospace products for the international markets, Mr Malhotra said.
