24/7 Customer launches operations in Ireland

Bangalore, Feb 8 (UNI) 24/7 Customer, a premier global provider of business process outsourcing services, today announced the launch of its global delivery centre at Belfast in Northern Ireland.

The 500-seater delivery centre was the first for 24/7 Customer in the United Kingdom. In alignment with the company's 'Multi-shore global delivery model', the centre was its seventh global delivery centre, the company said in a release here.

The state-of-the-art delivery centre would provide integrated customer lifecycle management services in customer interaction, customer intelligence and back office support. This near shore delivery centre would primarily focus on providing services and solutions in the telecom, retail, technology and banking/financials sector for clients in Europe, the release said.
