Essar Oil makes rare offer of Feb fuel oil
SINGAPORE, Feb 7 (Reuters) Essar Oil has made a rare spot offer of 20,000 tonnes of fuel oil for February-loading, after its new fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) started up last month, traders said on Wednesday.
The 180-centistoke (cst) lot, of 0.98-density and 1.5 percent sulphur, is for loading on Feb. 20-25 from the refiner's Kandla terminal on a free-on-board (FOB) basis.
Traders expect Essar to offer cargoes regularly from now with the coming onstream of the FCC, which has annual capacity of 2.9 million tonnes.
