Budget session of Parliament to begin on Feb 23

New Delhi, Feb 7: The Budget Session of Parliament will begin on February 23 with President APJ Abdul Kalam addressing a joint sitting of both Houses in the Central Hall of Parliament, the Lok Sabha Secretariat said today.

Both the Houses will have a recess from March 21 to April 18 before the session ends on May 22.
