Two killed, three injured in road mishap

Shillong, Feb 6 (UNI) Two persons were killed and three seriously injured in a road accident at Meghalaya's Nongsning village in Jaintia Hills district yesterday.

Police said the deceased were on their way to Mizoram when a truck coming from the opposite direction hit their vehicle. Both Have been identified.

The injured were admitted to Shillong Civil hospital.

The driver of the truck has been arrested.
