TADA court grants time to Sanjay Dutt till Feb 7

Mumbai, Feb 6: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was today granted time till tomorrow by a designated TADA court, which heard his plea seeking release under Probation of Offender's Act (POA), here.

Sanjay has been convicted under the Arms Act but acquitted under the TADA act in the 1993 blasts case.

The arguments on behalf of the actor's side concluded today.

However, the prosecution has been directed to file a reply by tomorrow.
