Power generation in VTPS unit one resumes

Vijayawada, Feb 6 (UNI) Power generation at Vijayawada Thermal Power Station (VTPS) unit one resumed today.

The generation of power from the unit was suspended following a technical snag in the boiler yesterday. After correcting the snag, generation resumed this morning, an official of the VTPS said.

All the six units of VTPS were working to full capacity, generating 126 mw, he added.
