Police arrest a smuggler and recovered one kg charas in Kashmir

Srinagar, Feb 6 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police today arrested a smuggler and recovered one kg of charas in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.

A police spokesman said acting on a tip off, a police party raided some places at Awantipora in Tral and arrested Shabir Ahmad Malla.

He said one kg of high quality charas was recovered from him.

Police have registered a case, he said.
