Intelligroup implements Duet Software to increase productivity

Hyderabad, Feb 6 (UNI) Intelligroup, In a global provider of business consulting technology and outsourcing services today announced that the company had successfully completed the internal implementation of Duet software.

Duet, a joint product from SAP and Microsoft, allows information workers to easily access selected business processes in SAP applications and data within familiar Microsoft office applications, a company release said.

According to Intelligroup CEO and President Vikram Gulati "Intelligroup had heavily invested in both SAP and Microsoft technologies. Deploying Duet Enables Intelligroup to increase productivity across the organisation. As a start, we have deployed Duet to our sales team for increased sales effectiveness, allowing our sales team to receive reports from SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence directly to their Microsoft Inbox. Additionally, the sales organisation will have the ability to select desired reports making this pull approach a useful tool to increase sales effectiveness with upto date information while significantly reducing our overall training costs".

According to Chris Caren, General Manager, Office Business Applications at Microsoft, Intelligroup and Microsoft have worked together for many years integrating Microsoft office with business applications from industry leaders like SAP.
