Indian to introduce additional capacity, attractive fares

Mumbai, Feb 6 (UNI) The national carrier Indian will be introducing additional capacity and attractive fares from tomorrow, to provide more facilities to passengers.

An additional daily evening flight will be introduced between Mumbai and Delhi. The flight IC 605 will depart Mumbai at 2000 hours. With the introduction of this flight, Indian will be operating 12 flights from Mumbai to Delhi everyday, a company's statement here said.

An Airbus A320 aircraft (instead of Boeing 737) will operate between Mumbai-Udaipur-Jodhpur and Mumbai-Mangalore, offering executive and economy class seats.

The departure time of daily evening flight IC 629 from Mumbai to Nagpur has been advanced to 1845 hours. The return flight IC 630 will arrive at Mumbai at 2200 hours, the statement said.

The fares from Mumbai to Goa, Jaipur, Nagpur, Mangalore and Raipur have been revised to Rs 1,025 (excluding taxes).

For passengers wanting to take short holidays and cover more than one destination, attractive fares are being offered for travel from Mumbai to Bangkok and then on to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, the statement added.
