Court overrules Yogi's arrest order

Gorakhpur, Feb 6 (UNI) A local court today overruled the judgement of Additional District Magistrate, whereby he had ordered immediate arrest of 70 persons, including Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Yogi Adityanath, apprehending disturbance of peace.

District Court Judge Amar Singh passed the order on a revision petition filed by Devesh Vaish.

Mr Singh acquitted all the 70 persons of all the charges.

However, the hearing of cases lodged aginst them at various police stations would resume tommorow.
