Shilpa Shetty's family to sue Jazz Barton and Bobby Khan

Mumbai, Feb 5 (UNI) The family of Bollywood actress and 'celebrity big brother' winner Shilpa Shetty plan to take legal action against against her agent Jasveer 'Jazz' Barton and Manager Bobby Khan and might soon put up a defamation case.

Dale Bhagwagar, spokesperson and publicist to Shilpa Shetty, said in a statement here that Barton and Khan had given interviews and statements to the media on behalf of Shilpa, whereas their association with the latter was only as co-ordinators between Endemol (the casting agency for 'Big Brother') and the actress.

They are only 'acquaintances' of Shilpa and not ''Agent'' or ''Manager'' as mentioned in the UK media, Dale clarified.

Barton even went ahead and signed and sealed a contract with a UK media group on behalf of Shilpa, even while she was still in the 'Big Brother' house. Both have no written agreement or contract with Shilpa Shetty, the spokesperson claimed.

Both Barton and Khan are currently in the city, he added.
