BJP announces candidates for Chennai Corporation repolls

Chennai, Feb 5 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today announced candidates for 43 wards in Chennai Corporation re-polls scheduled on February 18.

BJP State Vice-President G Kumaravelu, in a release here, announced the names of 43 candidates, which include eight women candidates.

BJP is contesting the corporation re-polls on its own.
