4 power plants to be set up in Santhal Pargana: Deputy CM

Dumka, Feb 4 (UNI) Jharkhand Deputy Chief Minister Stephen Marandi today said altogether four power plants will be established soon in the Santhal Pargana.

Mr Marandi said the government had already initiated steps to provide regular electricity in this area adding that the power grid project in Dumka district would also be completed soon.

He further said a water supply project of Rs 47 crore had also been sanctioned by the government.

Mr Marandi also organised a janata darbar here, which is also his assembly constituency.
