Woman naxalite nabbed

Jamshedpur, Feb 02 (UNI) In a major breakthrough, the East Singhbhum police arrested a hardcore woman naxalite from Chatri Pahar village under Dumaria police station today.

Police said Kapda Mardi, a wanted ultra, was nabbed from a hideout during a raid.

Kapda, the sister of the area commandar in the border areas of Jharkhand and Orissa Sobhan Marandi, reportedly took part in more than 15 operations, including attack on Dumaria police station, in the past thre years, police added.
