Sena-BJP success due to Balasaheb and not Uddhav: Raj Thackeray
Mumbai, Feb 2 (UNI) Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President Raj Thackeray today said Shiv Sena-BJP's success in Mumbai and Thane was due to efforts of Sena Supremo Balasaheb Thackeray and not Uddhav.
Raj told reporters the credit of this victory should go to Balasaheb Thackeray, who addressed two rallies while sitting in a chair, and not the party's Executive President Uddhav Thackeray.
Expressing himself as being happy with his party's performance, however, declined to reveal as to which side his party would go in Nasik Municipal Corporation, where both the Congress-NCP and Sena-BJP fell short of absolute majority.
