Pune, Feb 2 (UNI) Rain or snow are likley to occur at isolated places in Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Punjab. Mainly dry weather will prevail over West Bangal and Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand and Bihar.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in Tamil Nadu and south Kerala and in some parts of Punjab and interior Karnataka.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura,West Bengal and Sikkim, north Orissa, Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Chattisgarh and in some parts of Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and madhya Maharashtra.

Temperatures were above normal in south Orissa, east Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Konkan and Goa, north Telangana and in remaining parts of madhya Maharashtra. They were normal over the rest of the country.
