Pokarna to raise $ 12 mln through FCCBs

New Delhi, Feb 2 (UNI) Granite quarrying company Pokarna today said its board has decided to raise up to 12 million dollars through issuing FCCBs in the international market.

The company's Board also approved the proposal to increase the foreign fund investment limit to 49 per cent from 24 per cent, a statement said.
