Manmohan Singh to visit Uttarakhand on Feb 13

Dehradun, Feb 2: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Uttarakhand to campaign for the Congress in the forthcoming Assembly election slated to be held on February 21 in the state.

According to Congress State Spokesperson Surendra Aggarwal, Dr Singh would address a public meeting at Rudrapur and Pithoragarh on February 13. He said Chief Ministers of other Congress-ruled states like Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Maharashtra are also likely to visit the state for campaigning. According to party sources, AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi is also being pursued to visit the State.
