Mohurram dispute leads to clash

Ujjain, MP, Feb 2 (UNI) Five people were arrested amidst tension following this morning's clash between a few youths belonging to two communities at this district's Khachrod as an offshoot to a Mohurram dispute.

Youths of a certain community gheraoed the police station, leading to chaos and closure of shops.

''Police personnel reached the spot and brought the situation under control. A case was registered against nine persons,'' said Superintendent of Police Jaideep Prasad.
