Labourer's genitals cut on demanding wages

Sriganganagar, Feb 2 (UNI) A farm labourer's penis was allegedly cut when he demanded wages from the landowner in Ganganagar district.

According to police, the incident occured four days ago under Suratgarh police station. Victim Raghubir Giri told the police that he was with landowner Dharmaram and Bhagatram Bavri on monday night.

He was drinking liquor with them but suddenly they started beating him up when he demanded for his wages. He became unconscious.

Dharmaram then allegedly cut his penis with a sharp-edged knife.

Raghubir worked as a labourer on Dharmaram's field. Police are looking into the matter.
