Jairam Ramesh to visit Guntur tomorrow

Vijayawada, Feb 2 (UNI) Union Minisiter of State for Commerce and Industry Jairam Ramesh would pay a one-day visit to Guntur tomorrow.

According to an official release here today, the minister after arriving in Guntur by train from Hyderabad will proceed to Bhattiprolu and visit Buddha stupa.

Later, he will leave for Guntur again for laying the foundation stone for quality evaluation laboratory spices board.

After reaching Nadendla from Guntur, Mr Ramesh will inaugurate the chilly polyhouse and drier and distribute silpaulin and polythene sheets to farmers.

He will also inaugurate the protected water supply scheme at Nadendla, the release added.
