Forner Mayor of Congress loses deposit

Pune, Feb 2: Former mayor and Congress candidate Dipti Choudhary lost her deposit even as the party managed to get 35 seats in the house of 144 members in the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).

The final tally is as follows: NCP 42, Congress 35, BJP 25, Shiv Sena 20, MNS 08, Independents 14.
