Chautala condoles INLD leader's death

Chandigarh, Feb 2 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) supremo Om Parkash Chautala HAS condoled the death of senior party leader and former minister Desh Raj Nambardar.

Mr Nambardar, 54, died in Chandigarh on Wednesday.

He was elected to Haryana Vidhan Sabha as INLD candidate in 1987 and 2000 from Uchana and had been Minister of State for Irrigation and Jails.

In his message, Mr Chautala said Mr Nambardar was a committed, loyal and staunch party worker. ''With his demise Haryana has lost anable, honest and resolute leader, who impressed everybody with his simplicity and soft-spokenness.'' UNI
