Kumaraswamy to video conference with elected panchayat reps
Mysore, Feb 1 (UNI) A unique programme, in which Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will interact through video conference with all elected panchyat representatives in the State on February three here, has been organised by the Abdul Nazir Sab Rural Development and Research Association.
In a release here, he said the programme would be held through the Institute's satellite connection and all 176 taluk elected representatives would participate in the programme. Nearly 90,000 elected persons were expected to interact with the Chief Minister on various issues, including administration of panchyat systems.
Mr Kumaraswamy would also interact with select elected representatives on the premises of the Institute on the same day.
On the occasion, a booklet would be released on the JD(S)-BJP coalition Government's achievements in one year, the release added.
