Cabinet approves India, Tanzania air pact
New Delhi, Feb 1 (UNI) The union cabinet today approved changes in the air services agreement between India and Tanzania to spur trade, investment, tourism and cultural exchanges.
A bilateral air services pact has been existing since September 29, 1982 which was ratified on March 9, 1984.
On April 24 and 25 last year, both sides agreed to modernise the existing agreement by amending certain provisions and bring it in tune with the latest developments in international civil aviation.
