Andhra Bank revises interest rates for NRE accounts

Hyderabad, Feb 1 (UNI) Andhra Bank today announced revision of interest rates on deposits under Non-Resident (External) Rupee Accounts.

The Bank would now offer 5.93 per cent interest as against the 6.33 per cent for deposits for the period of one to two years. While it would be 5.85 per cent for two to three years as against the earlier 6.16 percent, it would be 5.80 per cent for three years and above in comparison to the 6.08 per cent, according to a press release here.

The revised interest rates will be applicable to all fresh deposits and renewals of the existing deposits from today, the release said.
