Youth dies while taking part in Muharam procession

Barrackpore, Jan 31: A 32-year-old youth was electrocuted at Charakdanga under Dum Dum police station in North 24 Parganas last night when he was observing Muharam last night.

Police said Taufiq succumbed to his burn on way to R.G.Kar Hospital.

He came in touch with a livewire when taking part in Muharam procession on a road.
