Mob burns down truck after it runs over a bike driver

Jamnagar, Jan 31 (UNI) A mob burnt down a truck after it crushed a motor-bike rider to death near Nandana village on the Jamnagar-Dwarka highway.

The truck driver fled soon after the mishap which occurred late last night.

The mob, mainly comprising people from the victim's village, burnt down the truck in a rage.

Police said the deceased has been identified as Kesur Ahir, a resident of nearby Mewasa village of Kalyanpur taluka.
