Min Vesta and Kumaran Systems join hands
Chennai, Jan 31: Min Vesta, IT arm of Ma Foi Management Consultants, today entered into a strategic alliance with Kumaran Systems to deliver non-HR related IT requirements of Min Vesta.
Mafoi Chairman Brian Wilkinson said the Minvesta and Kumaran would utilise each other's capabilities to provide end to end solutions to their clients.
He said the tie-up would increase both the company's market share and revenue.
The vendor group, through 260 companies in 47 countries, had a worldwide presence, he added.
The tie-up would utilise the expertise of Kumaran systems in the application, database migration and tools based application development, he said.
MaFoi Managing Director K Pandia Rajan said the company was strengthening its global presence keeping in mind the international need for a focused approach to offer services in different fields of consulting, manpower and career training.
He said the seven retail job centres established in Mumbai last year had evoked tremendous response and they were planning to establish such centres in Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore shortly.
Atleast 25,000 individuals would be trained this year with the association of their business partners and the career training division of the company would add 50 locations across the country during the current year, he added.
Kumaran Systems President and CEO Mohan Kumar Subramanyam said the company had representation in over 30 countries through its channel partners.
