Sadhu convicted for sexual assualt of a minor girl

Krihnagar, Jan 31: A local Sadhu was today convicted for sexual assault on a three-and-half-year-old-girl and was sentenced to thirty months jail and a fine of Rs 500, a court official said.

Ranaghat's Fast Track court Magistrate justice Sujit Neogy pronucned the sentence on middle-aged Sanyani Prosanto Das convicting him for sexual assault on the girl on October 16, 2006 near here in Nadia district.
