Hoax call creates scare in Bank of Maharashtra

Surat, Jan 31 (UNI) Bank of Maharashtra's Adajan branch was today evacuated following a call received by the Manager that a bomb has been planted in its premises.

However, it turned out to be a hoax call.

The manager said that he received a call from an unidentified person.

The bomb disposal squad and dog squad conducted a search but nothing suspicious was found, sources said.
