Govt directs release of salary on Feb 1

Hyderabad, Jan 31 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government today directed the Treasury Department to accept the salary bills for the month of January payable on February one and salary could be released in respect of all employees.

Earlier, the government had issued instructions to stop the salary bills of those who failed to submit the local status with a view to implement the GO 610.

Chief Secretary to Government J Harinarayan in a statement said the salary would be payable on Feburary one to all the employees who have certificates by the drawing and disbursing officer to the effect that local status had been entered.
