Bhakra Beas Board gets a new Chairman

New Delhi, Jan 31 (UNI) Director (HR), Powergrid U C Misra has assumed charge of Chairman, Bhakra Beas Management Board.

An Electrical Engineering Graduate, Mr Misra has 35 years of experience in the Power Sector. He had been associated with various power projects of generation and transmission.

His past assignments include Chamera Hydroelectric Project and its transmission system, Human Resources Department in Powergrid, in addition to works related to Commercial and Telecom Department.
