Arrow Coated to issue PWs,clocks 800 per cent hike in net prof

Mumbai, Jan 31 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Arrow Coated Products Limited at a recently held meeting has approved to issue 11,99,623 Preferential Warrants to Promoters and others at Rs 50 per share.

The Board has also approved to issue 4,59,712 Sweat Equity Shares and 6,72,750 ESOPs to the employees of the company, said a company release here today.

The company's sales for the quarter ended December 31 stood at Rs 10.77 crore, which is 479 per cent increase as compared to the sales for the same period in the previous year. The net profits for the period is Rs 67.39 lakh, an increase of 806 per cent over the previous year's profit for the same period.
