Royal Orchid Hotels Q3 revenue up by 40%, profits by 67%
Bangalore, Jan 30 (UNI) The Royal Orchid Hotels Limited today announced a 40 per cent revenue increase during the third quarter of the current fiscal at Rs 31 crore as against Rs 22 crore reported for the corresponding period last year.
The gross operating profits (GOP) rose to Rs 14.98 crore for the quarter and Rs 39.31 crore for the nine months ending December 2006, the company said in a release here.
Profit after tax (PAT) rose from Rs 6.24 crore in the third quarter last year to Rs 9.02 crore for the same period this year.
PAT rose from Rs 14.82 crore to Rs 24.79 crore, an increase of 67 per cent for the nine months till December 2006, the release said.
