President's visit to AP begins Jan 31

Hyderabad, Jan 30 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam will be on a two-day visit to Andhra Pradesh beginning tomorrow.

After his arrival at 2230 hrs here tomorrow, the President would proceed to the Raj Bhavan for an overnight stay.

On February one, he would inaugurate the Teleradiology Network set up by the the Kakarla Subba Rao Radiological and Imaging Educational Sciences Trust at 0830 Hrs and proceed to the Osmania University for participating in the 77th annual convocation, an official release here said.

He would proceed to Manthralayam, the abode of Sri Raghavendra Swamiji and interact with students of Sri Guru Sarvabhema Sanskrit Vidyapeet at 1320 hrs before leaving for Kurnool at 1400 hrs to interact with students of the Kurnool Medical College on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee.

He would reach La Cones in Attapur in Ranga Reddy District at 1635 hrs to dedicate the laboratory for conservation of endangered species and proceed to the Hyderabad International Convention Centre to attend the 65th annual meeting of the All India Opthalmological Society at 1805 hrs.

He would leave for New Delhi at 2130 hrs the same day.
