Notice to Haryana govt on recruitment of class IV employees
Chandigarh, Jan 30 (UNI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued notices for April 23 to the Haryana government and other respondents on a writ petition seeking directions to quash all the 1842 appointments of class four employees in the public health department, Haryana.
Petitioners Surinder Pal of Fatehabad and five others said the appointments were done recently without advertising the posts or referring the matter to the employment exchanges.
Majority of the people appointed hail from Rohtak or Narwana, the constituencies of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Public Health Minister Randeep Singh Surjewala, the counsel for the petitioners said.
