Gemini Communications' net profit up by 40.91 per cent in Q3

Mumbai, Jan 30 (UNI) Gemini Communication Ltd (GCL), one of the pioneers in the field of networking and manufacture of RFID products, has registered an impressive growth of more than 40 per cent QoQ to Rs 457.75 lakh ie EPS of 5.22 against Rs 324.85 lakh ie EPS of 3.70 in previous quarter.

GCL reported an impressive growth of more than 61 per cent for nine months ended December 31 as it has reported net profit of Rs 1,083.71 lakh ie EPS of 12.35 compared to Rs 672.17 lakh ie EPS of 7.66 reported in the corresponding period of last year, a company release here today said.

Net sales shot up by 80.21 per cent to Rs 4,497.52 lakh as against Rs 2,495.65 lakh for the corresponding period of the previous year.

In the first nine months, net sales increased by 50.68 per cent to Rs 1,1563.78 lakh as against Rs 7,686.65 lakh for the corresponding period of the last year.

Considering the robust growth achieved by GCL in current year and trasaction in the form of huge inflow of new orders, GCL has decided to reward its shareholders with bonus issue in the ratio of one equity share for every equity share held in the company in the meeting held here yesterday, the release added.
