Four killed in tempo-tanker lorry collision

Vellore, Jan 30 (UNI) Four people were killed and two others injured, when a tempo in which they were travelling collided with a tanker lorry on Vellore-Bangalore national High Way early this morning.

According to police, while the driver of the tempo traveller was killed on the spot, two died in Christian Medical College Hospital and one in Vellore Government Hospital.

The accident occurred when the tempo traveller was on its way from Bangalore to Vellore, while the lorry was coming in the opposite direction.
