Former UNI employee passes away

Bangalore, Jan 30 (UNI) Former employee of United News of India (UNI) B S Purushotham passed away following a massive cardiac arrest here, last night.

He was 62. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son.

Mr Purushotham had served the news organisation for over three decades and had retired as Senior Engineer in 2005. He had served in Bangalore, Gulbarga, Mysore, Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam and Vijayawada centres.

The last rites would be held tomorrow, family sources said.
