Floral tributes paid to Mahatma Gandhi

Patna, Jan 30 (UNI) Floral tributes were paid to Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of his 59th death anniversary in Bihar.

Governor R.S.Gavai, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, his cabinet colleagues and others paid glowing tributes to the father of the nation in an official function organised at Gandhi Ghat in the state capital.

Earlier, prayers were held separately in the offices of political parties on the occasion of Martyr's day.
