Businessman's son abducted, Rs 10 lakh ransom demanded

Satna, MP, Jan 30 (UNI) An 11-year-old boy, son of a businessman, was kidnapped by unidentified miscreants while returning from his school last evening, police said today.

Mr Mukulchand Mishra's son Kshitij was abducted last evening. A ransom call of Rs 10 lakh was received at Mr Mishra's residence last night for his release.

In the recent past, a spurt in the incidents of abduction has been witnessed in Satna with some instances being linked to underworld and dacoit gangs.
