Budget session of Bihar Legislature from February 23

Patna, Jan 30 (UNI) Budget sessions of both Houses of state Legislature of Bihar will commence from February 23.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the state Cabinet today which resolved that Governor R.S.Gavai would address the joint session of the Legislative Council and Assembly.

Full budget for the fiscal 2007-08 would be presented on February 26 and supplementary demands for grant would be placed on March 19, official sources said.

Appropriation Bills would be presented on March 23 and sessions would continue till March 28.
