Deve Gowda congratulates Mulayam Singh on winning vote of confidence

Bangalore, Jan 26 (UNI) Former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) National President H D Deve Gowda today congratulated Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh for winning the vote of confidence in the Assembly.

In a letter, released to the press here, he said that " with your vast political experience and sagacity you have vanquished the evil designs and the wiliness of the opponents who tried desperately to destabilize a popular government." " I hope that the trust vote won by you will definitely strengthen you politically in the days to come", he added.
